Lengthy. I had 7 total interviews - 3 early stage (2 peer, 1 counterpart), 1 talent interview with HR, and 2 late stage (1 senior peer, 1 hiring manager) along with 2 assessments - 1 psychometric and 1 behavioral. And of course the written interview before all of this, the whole process took 10 weeks from the day I submitted my written. While I thought the questions were ok, they were certainly repetitive and I think the lead EA is probably facilitating some cultural issues. Definitely some red flags if you're an experienced EA and know how to read into what is/is not said. Also offering a paltry salary for the workload 66k was the top of the range, no 401k matching, and a bring your own device policy.
