They reach out and are very welcoming. They provide a lot of information on their interview process and set up a “candidate page” for the full interview process. They have a written portion with around 20 questions related to education as far back as high school and what you have done since. I found this quite interesting and I personally liked it as it let me explore my answers and gave me time to really formulate my responses. One thing I particularly liked was that they allowed you to explain your answers rather than have a black and white “yes or no” response. Afterwards they have an assessment. It’s a bit like an IQ test, but not quite. I did quite well on it as per the summary of your results you can download from your candidate page. The person that was in charge of my process did respond to my emails in general throughout. What I did not like was that after I submitted all my answers and did the assessment, I did not receive any feedback and was told a few days later that I would not be progressing in the interview process. I did not receive a response to my email asking for feedback. For such a lengthy process, I would expect some feedback, seeing as they say they have 3 different people anonymously read your written answers to decide if you’ll be continuing in the process. SOME feedback would be expected, or at least highly appreciated for spending so much time on their process.
