Colloquio
The interview process does not make any sense. People at Canonical think they have it figured out better than...well..all other companies in the world. I am in my mid 30s and they ask me what my grades are in Uni, and how well I perform in my native language...For a UX position, where English is the main language. Then they drag you on for a long and tedious process, they test your inteligence, they test your patience and sanity basically. I just quit mid way and found a better opportunity, where my skills as a designer were tested, and where the process made sense. Through their interview process they gave me a glimpse into what would it be like working there, and I hated every second of it. AVOID
Very long, many many steps, in depth, asking questions from a long time ago in the past, but helps understand the company very very well. Need to speak to engineers, hiring mangers, etc. There's also a take-home task involved

Colloquio
Unnecessarily long, did a total of 7 interviews and 3 assessments only to be rejected at the end with no feedback. You will also be required to do a take home assessment

Colloquio
Went through 5 rounds of interviews only to be ignored afterwards. Initial calls were good but I was essentially meeting with everyone from the initial and answering the same questions on repeat. Then waas told there would be another 2 stages and a cast study from there. Very long process.
