“It was a three-month-long and exhausting interview process where they asked for very specific details about my experience and education—even going back to my early school years. The final stage involved working on a business case that easily took me a full week to complete. In the end, I was rejected because the Marketing Director (to this day) was dissatisfied with how I answered a question about the purpose of cookies on a webpage. After so much effort, being dismissed immediately over one response felt extremely discouraging.

When applied they took one month to answer, did not give me a nice feeling from start and they took so long for every stage that I really question what kind of respect they have for humans.
