Applied to a product manager job with Canoo. Within hours of applying heard back about a phone screening and had an extremely positive conversation. They followed up the phone screening with a very long product case study with 7 open-ended questions and detailed expectations in the write-up. I completed the case and submitted it investing 10+ hours and writing multiple pages of detailed analysis. They never responded even after following up with them twice about feedback.
