Strange interview. I met with a Branch Manager, and a top sales rep. It was very casual and conversational which was nice. They cursed a lot, which doesn't offend me, but it wasn't necessary. I got a bad vibe about the company from talking to them. They actually said "It's like taking candy from a baby." Most of the interview was them showing off how wealthy they were, and how they take trips all the time.

Interview process starts off simple with your background information and resume history. Then turns towards how you would feel about making sales and your ability to overcome the answer no.
