I got the interview opportunity from my cmu's alumni, it is an about 20 minutes phone interview, and asked some basic questions about data structure and algorithm, which is not hard for a software engineering. I recommend see the interview questions and experience in glass cup, it is definitely a good website you are looking for a job interview question stuff!
