For a company that strives on an equitable interview process, it is disappointing to not be followed up on the outcome of a phone screen. Even an automated email is better than nothing

Interview with HR was great. Although I didn't proceed to the next step since they had an internal discussion not to pursue the search. I recommend to management to be clear with their manpower requirements first before posting a job vacancy.
