- second part was a typing and speech test. I passed the typing and spelling test but had to come back for the speech test since I failed it the first time.

Pretty standard comprises of a phone interview and an in person orientation. Expected to wear business casual and the hiring manager in the Orlando branch was easy to talk to and professional.

The interview process is fairly simple. You are called into an office to take basic tests for typing speed and spelling. They are super nice about the whole process, working with you through every step.
