The interview process consisted of an online hireview, an in-person assessment centre and a final round with a member of the leadership team. The AC involved a group business case study, followed by a short individual problem-solving task. The staff were super friendly, helpful and clearly cared about the programme.

What do you see as the biggest threat to the financial industry over the next 5 years?
Really smooth and well-organised process. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made it feel much less daunting than expected. The stages were clearly communicated and the team were great at keeping me informed throughout. Came away feeling really positive about the culture.
Very efficient process, took around 1 month and 3 weeks to go through CV - group case - individual interview - offer.
Group case is not standard consulting case interview, more close to "given a clear situation, bring out the best solution through teamwork".
Individual interview is quite straightforward comptency/fit questions. Why capco, why you, walk me through you CV etc.
Video interview consisted of straight forward questions: Introduce yourself, Why consulting, how your experience is beneficial for the job etc however then there was 10 seconds to prepare for final question with no chance to rerecord.
