Colloquio
Quick fire interviews (4 of 5 minutes each) followed by team building exercise and case study. There was also a quick maths test we had to do. The maths test was home-made and not the Kinnexia style that many firms use. In the team exercise we had to build a structure on which we had to place a balloon. The structure was to be made only out of spaghetti and Jelly Babies.

What would happen if I implemented one currency for every country across the globe?
Two rounds of interview. One through hirevue and the second one is an hr long interview. That interview is split into two 30 minutes rounds with a different person for each round.

Tell me about a time you encountered a difficult problem and how did you solve it.
There was one on campus behavioral interview, then an on site interview day with two behavioral interviews and one technical interview. There were optional pre interview dinners that I attended.

Tell me about a time where you worked as part of a team and made a positive contribution.
Submitted a video interview through their service which asked very basic behavioral questions like how would your friends describe you or what are your strengths. Then there were two behavioral interviews with consultants. That asked more about times I overcame challenges or times I learned to pivot and adapt to new conditions.
