I was invited to the assessment day. All the candidates were split into groups and were given a case study to work on. The candidates were called one by one during the day for two rounds of interviews, one HR and one business interview. The questions asked were very basic questions and not particularly difficult. The assessment day ended with each group presenting their work on the case study.

Two rounds of interview. One through hirevue and the second one is an hr long interview. That interview is split into two 30 minutes rounds with a different person for each round.

There was one on campus behavioral interview, then an on site interview day with two behavioral interviews and one technical interview. There were optional pre interview dinners that I attended.

Tell me about a time where you worked as part of a team and made a positive contribution.
Submitted a video interview through their service which asked very basic behavioral questions like how would your friends describe you or what are your strengths. Then there were two behavioral interviews with consultants. That asked more about times I overcame challenges or times I learned to pivot and adapt to new conditions.
