The interview comprised 4 stages: an HR style interview, an interview by a member of the business, a presentation to a member of the business, and a telephone interview with a Partner. The stages themselves were quite informal and made what is usually a stressful process a lot more comfortable. The questions asked were not too challenging, so no-one was trying to catch you out, rather just get a feel for your level of skills and experience. One thing that stood out was being able to get a feel for the culture at Capco, i.e. dynamic, forward thinking, and invested in people. These points gave me real comfort that this was a company that I wanted to join.
