I went through a 3 interviews and was ultimately interviewed by the UK CEO, who came in without a jacket on, unshaven and constantly rocked his chair back on two legs with his hand in his trouser pockets. When questioned on what the strategy was for the company going forward, his response was very wooly and didn't satisfy me one single bit, but instead he spoke about being involved with some big banks in the City and bidding for some very high profile projects. Not to my surprise, I was offered the role and the salary I had asked for, but I turned it down as I don't think this place will stand the test of time.
