Chaotic, unorganized, weird, ambiguous. Interviewer has no interest in being there. Even MBB consultants show more interest or care during interviews. It was a very dry 15 mins experience with no introduction or any words about the company. I didn't even know what stage I am in or what is yet to come. He didn't even know and nobody knew that day what I was here or who scheduled the interview for me

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
