Initila call from Capco recruitment for initial chat to see if I was interested in Capco. Then a HR interview, followed same day with a Business interview. The next stage was a Scenario based interview and finally a Partner interview

Basically a review of my CV pulling out experience and skills, so glad they didn’t use excessive competency base interviewing as I find this to be counter productive
The second interview was with a Principal Consultant and she was amazing, more of a working together where she was able to drill down on my technical experience and the depth of my skill set
Scenario was a normal project delivery role, identifying and defining the start up of a project
Partner interview 15/20 minute chat on the telephone, very pleasant.
Everyone involved were brilliant, positive and upbuilding

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
