I had a whole day interview - competition with other candidates. We had to work on a case and then present our findings in the end. It had a private bank as a client and we had to convince them to purchase our product. The employees were actual consultants.

Can you describe the state of the banking industry at the moment.
Two rounds of interview. One through hirevue and the second one is an hr long interview. That interview is split into two 30 minutes rounds with a different person for each round.

Tell me about a time you encountered a difficult problem and how did you solve it.
There was one on campus behavioral interview, then an on site interview day with two behavioral interviews and one technical interview. There were optional pre interview dinners that I attended.

Tell me about a time where you worked as part of a team and made a positive contribution.
Submitted a video interview through their service which asked very basic behavioral questions like how would your friends describe you or what are your strengths. Then there were two behavioral interviews with consultants. That asked more about times I overcame challenges or times I learned to pivot and adapt to new conditions.
