Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt there was a lack of engagement from our business assessors during our Virtual Assessment Center. We aim to provide a positive candidate journey and are sorry if this didn’t happen for you on this occasion. All of our assessors have gone through a training session and are experienced interviewers. We have addressed your comments internally to ensure our assessors are reminded of the importance of candidate engagement. In order for Capco to run these Virtual Assessment Centers we aim to provide preparation documentation for our assessors to ensure consistency in our interview process. Our Virtual Assessment Center has been designed for any candidate to showcase their ability in both a group and individual session on the evening. We’re sorry you didn’t have a positive experience during the group exercise. Given the fact our intakes are focused on entry level candidates, the focus of the assessors will lie on a candidate’s overall impact during the session.
