We would like to reassure you that this is not standard practice from our side as we look to run a robust recruitment and interview process and ensure candidates have a positive experience when interviewing with us. We have addressed your comments internally and spoken to the Recruiters who are looking after this vacancy. We can see there was one call that was missed and the Recruiter had attempted to contact the candidate in question, but unfortunately had called and texted the wrong number by mistake, although the attempt was made to contact and reschedule the call.
