Can't believe a reputed company like Capco could be this unprofessional. Interviews were scheduled outside work hours, 1st round went on till 9:30pm and another one on Saturday afternoon. In the interview they were really positive and repeatedly asked me on joining date, salary expectations etc. Recruiter even promised to close offer in 2-3days but just like most HRs I also received classic 'We will get back to you'. It was only after my follow-up I received automatic email stating my rejection with generic reason.
I would suggest not to waste time with this company. They make false promises and act just like any other service based MNC. I could see management/team reply on critical reviews, "we are dissapointed by your review", Well, you first stop disappointing and wasting other's time.

Fabulous from start to finish. I felt like I could be myself from the beginning and the communication was superb. The people I met along the way were just wonderful and I am so excited to call them my colleagues soon!
They took 4-5 rounds of interviews and kept the position on hold.
Most of the time the HR won’t pick up the call unless an interview is to be scheduled or your due to give an interview.
Otherwise they mostly may not respond you after the interview is completed

Interview with recruiter and plus 3 technical interviews. In all the phases I heard I passed, but they never called to talk with the customer or came with any job offer. I contacted the recruiter who ghosted me.

At least 10 questions.
