Very lengthy process. 3 interviews spread over 3 months. HR is reactive and keeps you in the loop. Standardized interview questions. Interviews are 30 - 45 minutes (online). People are nice and welcoming.

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
