They have five stage interview even though they said it is three level. First Level - Catch up interview Second Level - Coding exercise and technology related questions Third Level - technology related questions with senior team members Fourth Level - Client Interview Fifth Level - Final interview There are few recruitment consultancies who collects your details and then share it with multiple clients asking for any available position for that candidate. Capco is little better version of them. Capco takes three rounds of interview and once you clear all of them then shares your profile with all of their clients and waits for vacancy... This waiting time has no limit, it may take upto several weeks too. Your interview/hiring process is on hold till client reverts to Capco and shows interest in your profile. Other consultancies hire a candidate and then shares profile with clients. But Capco keeps candidate on hold. Total interview process may take upto 4-5 months and then they expect candidates to join them. Do not waste your time with them.
