HR interview followed by peer interview and final round partner (x2) interview. E2E interview process was well managed, with clear communication, and completed in a short timeframe. HR interview focused on applicant situation, remuneration, notice period etc. Peer interview was focused on consulting and industry experience, whilst partner interview focuses on a presentation of the applicants 12 month plan.

I had a very positive interview experience with Capco. The entire process was well structured, transparent, and professionally run from start to finish. Everyone I met was friendly, supportive, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and my experience.
The interviewers were engaging and respectful, asked thoughtful questions, and created an environment where it was easy to have open, meaningful conversations. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, which made the experience even better.
Overall, Capco left a great impression as a people-focused organisation with a strong culture and a well-run hiring process.

They asked a reflective question about my development areas, specifically around what I’m not as strong at and how I work to improve.
The interview process was well organized, and I felt that everyone involved shared open, honest information about the organization, role and expectations. I appreciated the communication throughout the process and felt valued and respected.

Multi-stage process. Initial screening by HR, followed by a few discussions with the leadership team on experience, including a case-study. Final interview with a couple of partners where I had to outline how can I make an impact on the firm including Business Development.
