I have interviewed with Capco twice (2022 & 2025). The experience has been great both times. In 2025, I gave 5 interview rounds consisting of both behavioral and experiential questions. The panel was very friendly and welcoming and allowed me to express myself without any reservations. Highly recommend a Capco interview, if you are looking for new opportunities.

I had several meetings with different leaders. Some interviews felt transactional while others created real connection. I'd describe it as very conversational where the questions come up in a more natural way. I did a "case" and prepared a presentation for the partner team.

Interview was 3 stage process, expectations around timelines and process for each round was very clear from the start and well documented, moved quite quickly through stages, feedback at each stage was delivered with quick turn around times, interviewers were friendly and warm, made me feel comfortable, all interviews started and ended on time, gave me enough time and opportunity to ask questions, very smooth - very good experience overall.
