The first stage was an informal conversation with a recruiter, focusing on career aspirations, the role itself, and my prior experience. The second stage involved a discussion with the team lead, which included some competency-based questions toward the end. This interview lasted around 30–45 minutes and maintained a conversational tone throughout. The final stage was with a Director and was more formal and competency-focused, covering my previous experience, reasons for choosing Capco, and interest in financial services. There may be an additional final stage with the client, depending on the specific requirements of the role.
Overall, everyone I spoke to was nice and professional. The interview to offer stage was very efficient which I appreciated. There was a lot of emphasis on making sure you are a right fit both in terms of experience and culture.

About 3-4 round interview, Very standard questioning about previous experience and situational questions to determine workplace and culture fit. Everyone through the process was very polite. I completed the final-round interview and then was given the run-around for almost two months afterwards about the position despite saying they would like to hire me. Company seemed great aside from that, I would have rather received a rejection than wasted my time waiting on their response.
