(1) Competence based interview: Asked about CV, experience, career inspiration
(2) On the spot case study interview: Read the case study for 20 minutes, prepare presentation slides to address the issues in the case study and present the logic, thinking and solution
(3) Partner interview: Prepare presentation slides beforehand about self introduction, expectation in Capco in the first 3 months and what success looks like after 6 months.

I had several meetings with different leaders. Some interviews felt transactional while others created real connection. I'd describe it as very conversational where the questions come up in a more natural way. I did a "case" and prepared a presentation for the partner team.

Interview was 3 stage process, expectations around timelines and process for each round was very clear from the start and well documented, moved quite quickly through stages, feedback at each stage was delivered with quick turn around times, interviewers were friendly and warm, made me feel comfortable, all interviews started and ended on time, gave me enough time and opportunity to ask questions, very smooth - very good experience overall.
