Phone screen, then in person interview, Not a difficult experience. Interviewer was very kind and respectful. They asked about my recent experience and my instructional design philosophy. They asked about working in a team.

Very warm and welcoming via a panel of people. Multiple rounds before finally got the offer. Initial interview was over the phone and then I was brought into office for final panel interview.
