Colloquio
I had two technical rounds.
The first one was a full technical interview for about 1 hour where they asked me mainly about programming basics, concepts, and some problem-solving questions.
The second round was also around 1 hour, but it was more like a semi-technical round. They asked about my project, my role in the team, how I solved problems, and some real-time situations.
After that, there was the HR discussion about relocation, and salary.
Everything went smoothly, and the interviewers were very polite. I got the result in a short time.

Colloquio
My experience with Capgemini's interview process was very structured and candidate-friendly. The interviewers were polite and focused only on the skill sets mentioned in the job description.
The questions were mainly from my domain - QA, SQL, requirement understanding, and Agile methodology.
Most topics were standard and easily available for preparation online, so if you know your basics well, the process feels very smooth. Overall it felt more like a discussion about real project work rather than tricky questions.
