I went for F2F Drive at Bellandur Capgemini office. Only 1 round of technical interview with questions of experience range from 5-8 years of experience. Interviewer was smart and preferred on situational questions rather than google interview questions. After getting selected the HR offered me a package less than my current CTC and that too with 10% variable which further reduced it.

I received mail saying that my profile is on hold after that bo communication received
you can get multiple calls so be ready with mulltiple mail id

Interview process in steps:
1. got a call that resume is shortlisted so scheduling an interview.
2. got the interview scheduled, interview difficulty was medium to high. Interviewer joined the call and said I will ask only scenario based questions. A lot of it revolved around COBOL-DB2 programs and JCLs.
3. Got a call next day that you have cleared the interview, please provide details like Current CTC, expected CTC, preferred location etc.
4. After this call its been a month, have not recieved any response. The recruiter is not responding to emails/calls/messages. They have just completely ghosted.
