It was smooth.interviewer was nice and calm. My experience was very good. In technical round I was asked about fixed assets and journal entry of depreciation. Feedback was also given by the interviewer

This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
