First stage screening rather than an interview, they only asked three question out of a selection. They use this to shortlist to a proper interview. Not sure they read all the CV's and use the recruitment agency to make suggestion of who to interview and then they filter again. The process isnt that clear

Long et stimulant intellectuellement. Contrairement aux entreprises, cet entretien ne m'a pas éreinté. Manager détendu tout en restant professionnel. Le manager m'a posé des questions de fit sur ma motivation à intégrer Capgemini.
