Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite l'università. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Capgemini nel mese di ott 2025
Colloquio
I recently appeared for the Capgemini Software Engineer campus placement process and wanted to share my experience.
The process had a total of 5 rounds.
1. Communication Test
This round mainly had grammar and reading comprehension MCQs. The questions were straightforward if you have decent English skills and regularly practice aptitude.
2. Technical Aptitude
This section covered topics like SQL, OOP concepts, and a few questions from Computer Networks. Most questions tested basic understanding rather than deep theoretical knowledge.
3. Coding Round
There were DSA questions based on Arrays and Linked Lists. The difficulty was around easy to medium. If you've practiced common coding questions and know the fundamentals, this round is manageable.
4. Gamified Logical Reasoning
This was an interesting round with different games and puzzles that tested logical thinking, pattern recognition, and problem-solving skills. It was a bit different from traditional aptitude tests but not too difficult.
5. Technical Interview (15–20 mins)
The interviewer was friendly and focused mostly on fundamentals. I was asked about my projects, OOP concepts, SQL basics, and a few DSA questions. There were also some general HR questions like introducing myself and discussing my career goals.
Overall, I found the process to be well-structured and fair. The company seemed to focus more on fundamental knowledge and problem-solving skills rather than asking very difficult or tricky questions.
Interview Difficulty: Moderate
