The interview process began with a Pre-placement talk in which the HR executive briefed the applicants with the job profile, the package and some brief idea about the company, and the selection process involved. The selection process consisted of: 1. Aptitude Test (Quant+DILR) 2. Technical Interview 3. HR Interview The aptitude test was really simple with basic Quantitative questions which were based on topics such as time and distance, percentages, work, profit and loss etc. The Logic section was really very simple and easy to solve. Once you clear the aptitude test the next is a technical interview.Most of my questions revolved around C and Java as the technical person does not expect much from a fresher candidate. Some basic knowledge regarding the programming languages shall suffice their need. Once you manage to clear the technical round the HR interview shall be a cakewalk.
