Hiring is based on need. So it is just to fill the position without worrying about quality as Capgemini doesn't believe in retaining employees. Employees are treated as cheap one time labour and once the work is done they want us leave. This is done by zero increment in salary which eventually will force employee to leave for better salary elsewhere.
