The process took two weeks and three rounds of interview. First background screening followed by technical interview over a phone followed by another technical interview over skype. The two technical interview were for around 45 minutes each. Difficult but great questions
It's very flexible and fast process to onboard if your are selected. Due to F2F round we will get to know the status immediately and move fast forward process.
On boarding also got fast with minimal documentation process.

Sent straight to final interview after applying. Recruiter did not make it clear it was final interview, I thought it was a 30 minute basic screening. 3x30min 1:1s on resume, technical, interests.
The interviews seemed disorganized with a lot of repeated questions.
Recruiter misspelled my name and put conflicting/wrong dates in emails, also said "I would never ghost you" and proceeds to do so.
