A totally botched up interview process is the highlight about Capgemini. No one knows what they are doing. They conduct telephonic rounds which seems a good start only to be a nightmare there on. Next they call you to a so called Face to Face interview at their office location only to have another telephonic discussion. They take a few round and after every round let you know the result (which is a good thing) and then even though you clear all the round a they suddenly disappear. The same HR who gives you i.
