Naar aanleiding van een telefoongesprek met de recruiter die mijn LinkedIn had gezien, heb ik toen een sollicitatiegesprek gehad twee mensen van de dev afdeling. Daarna een assessment en wederom een gesprek.

Er werd flink doorgevraagd naar aanleiding van het assessment, en dat was soms best pittig om te beantwoorden: ‘hoe komt het dat er dit uit de assessment is gekomen.’

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
