Interview process completed in a day. Before going to the interview HR people says "Salary is not an issue for the right candidate", After going there HR told me only 15% salary hike they can give otherwise she will drop my candidature.
After finishing 2 rounds of technical interview, this is not the way HR should treat a candidate. If you are not okay with this salary, you can leave for today. Then why the hell you said okay for 30% hike when you called me for interview. You wasted my whole day. Learn to respect others time as well. HR Name is "Ashwini Andhale"

I applied the job for RPA DEVELOPER, I am a 6 years experienced guy, first round they gave was machine test, I did it successfully and got selected for second round but in second round when he asked about RPA I gave all correct answers.then suddenly interviewer started asking about maths and fresher's related questions.as a result I got rejected saying that I was not fit for their profile.

Got a call for interview through Naukari.com
It was on weekend. They will take interview and give feedback in 20-30 mins. If selected they will ask us to fill a form, and ask us to leave for the day saying HR will connect with you.
But HR will never give a call. They don't have any project and are fooling around people coming for interview.
Never fall for interview traps....if you don't want to waste your time.
Capgemini is being run by a bunch of fools.
