the interview process is very nice , I got a very good experience in this interview and i got confidence level by level in the interview rounds and the recruiter also very active while interactive and friendly manner.So, it was a very good experience for me.

The role which I was interviewed was for contact support group an entry level job as a software associate. The role involves dealing with the clients and solving their probelms. So my interview questions were all HR based questions. They were basically looking for candidates who has a good communication skill and are flexible working during night shifts. That's all.
