i was called by their HR and was asked about my availability for video interview i was told they were open to salary and as such i told them that i wanted to know CTC which they would be offering i was told that they could offer up to 10 lPA . they HR was very much unprofessional twice rescheduled my interview and on the third time the interview took place . the technical person was really nice asked abt questions from react ES Redux hooks the interview was smooth almost one hour the technical person told me that the HR would call you. The Hr mailed me i was selected in the interview and Hr team will get back to me then after i got a mail to upload my documents and then HR told me we will communicate to you shortly by messaging me . one month passed they never got back to you and there other HR sending me mails for the post . they ask you abt your relieving letter and to join in 15 days which is not possible as with one month notice period nobody will give it .such a waste of time with this company guys ask the HR for CTC before getting in to interview otherwise it is waste of time fortunately for me i got selected in LT infotech where the process was fast and totally professional

I applied through Naukri. The process 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderabad ) on 13th April 2019.
Horrible experience and the wasted the whole day. The process consisted of 2 F2F interviews. After clearing two technical rounds I went for HR round.
HR was so unprofessional and told me they don't have an opening for Angular for now. After I questioned her she told me that there was a miscommunication among us and kept asking who called you for an interview. I was surprised as I was interviewed and the panel also asked me UI/Angular questions so why the HR is behaving unethically. Later on, I finally realized that they were searching for guy having minimum experience who can join for low compensation.
I doubt if this was the case they should not have called me and wasted the whole day. I suggest those who are going for interview aware of such fraud interviews
