Filled out job application on their website. Received an email to schedule 3 rounds of interviews. Each one was scheduled online where I was able to choose who to interview with and what time. All 3 interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral.

My experience with Capgemini's interview process was very structured and candidate-friendly. The interviewers were polite and focused only on the skill sets mentioned in the job description.
The questions were mainly from my domain - QA, SQL, requirement understanding, and Agile methodology.
Most topics were standard and easily available for preparation online, so if you know your basics well, the process feels very smooth. Overall it felt more like a discussion about real project work rather than tricky questions.
