There were 3 round of interviews, first was screening which looked liked it didn't go well, after 2 weeks got call for 2nd interview which went very short for 20 minutes, the final interview was with the Functional head and went on for an hour.

Have you had any conflict with your collegues, if yes how did you resolved it?
It went really well. Smooth and very organized. Communicative.
We are impressed with the fact that someone with entry-level experience has been progressing the project to the best level. How are you able to do this?

Interview process was good and called for interview after two weeks. Three rounds of interview, first by the peer level, next with practice head and followed by the HR interview

Behavioral questions and situational based management questions.,
It was quite professional. I enjoyed the full process.
Question related to design, management and cases were quite interesting. The interviewer were knowledgeable and were fully professional. However i felt HR system can be more apt. In between there is lack of communication and sometimes it felt like they have forgotten you
