Had 2 telephonic rounds of interview. After 15 days, I had almost forgotten about the interview, I received offer letter. You can negotiate on CTC if you have any other offer. I had an offer already so negotiated a bit. If you deserve, you'll get it. If you apply for Pune location,make sure that you are interviewed for a project and not for maintaining their bench. Staying on bench is the worst part in Capgemini.

The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
