I was recruited by college placement and Capgemini had all facilities and brand image to convince me to join this french IT company immediately after graduation. I had to give Aptitude MCQ, a written test, a technical interview and document verification to join Capgemini.

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
