First interview general chat followed by 2nd interview with preprepared case study and pretend 20 min ITO interview to id opportunities for future sales pitches. Interviewers all very friendly. Need own pc to be able to participate. Interview presentation tooling does not work on iPad.

After 1 hour of interview, interviewer said they are looking for a person strong in Automotive and Telecom industry.
I am not sure if Capgimini read resumes properly. Nowhere I have mentioned automotive industry and telecom experience.
Capgimini should understand that they are taking interview of a very senior person and should not waste time of everyone and after 1 hour of interview Capgimini said requirement is mismatching. I know there are people in Capgimini whose sole responsibility is to take interviews only and nothing else, but they should do their work properly of screening resumes.
