I was referred by an acquaintance and got a phone call 3 days later. I had quick language test which I passed and was invited for an interview. Interview took less than 2 hours - team lead and knowledge manager spoke with me in two languages as a test and I was presented with few simple technical tests and I had to describe how would I investigate it and why like that. I had usual questions about salary and my "5 year goals". After that, I had a paper test which had simple IT questions. 2 days later got an offer.

It was 3 rounds, easy to clear with basic knowledge, need to have good communication skills to clear that, also some technical skills required, need to relocate and salary expectations should be less
