Ik was doorverwezen door een oud-collega, de procedure bestond uit een gesprek met de recruiter, een gesprek met 2 personen uit de afdeling en nog een intelligentie en persoonlijkheidstest.
Over het algemeen een goede ervaring en het gesprek was laagdrempelig en inhoudelijk goed.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
