My interview went absolutely well. I had both the technical L1 interviewer and the HR round, and everything went smoothly. In addition, I also completed the extra communication assessment successfully. Overall, the experience was positive, and I’m looking forward to hearing about the next steps in the process.

After clearing all the rounds they informed me that they cannot release the offer letter since they are not getting approval from some level as I am ex-employee of Capgemini. However, they have already verified my rehire status before scheduling the 1st round of interview and then flipped at the time of offer release.
