First call was with the HR after being shortlisted and afterwards with the Engineering manager to discuss further. Then the assessment and overall Capgemini website data input had to be done.

It was tough and they were very picky. I didn't even get round to the interview stage and they just rejected me there and then even though I had all the experience and skills and knowledge.
