We came in as a group of young graduates interesseted in a junior consultant position.
After a presentation of the company and its activities, we were seperated in groups of 3.
There we had do a practical exercise, in our case we had to create a short 5min presentation on an original use for an everyday object, so it required a lot of creativity and originality. While we were doing this, some poeple came in observed us and took notes. Once the time was up, company executive came in listened to our presentation and asked question on our hypothetical product to see how we reacted to unexpected questions.

Vaghi sull’esito. Il colloquio sembrava essere andato bene, però non si capisce bene quale sia il feedback. La recruiter ha confermato l’esito positivo, però non è ancora chiaro. (Da precisare che sono un laureando e forse non hanno fretta)

Net van school af (HBO). 1e gesprek met recruiter vooral voorbereidend op het vervolg gesprek en persoonlijk, 2e gesprek niet al te technische diepgang, maar dat wordt ook niet verwacht als je bijna 0 ervaring hebt in het bedrijfsleven. Na een paar dagen gelijk een aanbod gekregen. (Tegen mij zeiden ze dat er niks te onderhandelen viel met salaris of andere voorwaarden.) Ik nam het aan omdat het mij wel een goede eerste baan leek.
